• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking processes.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

When a Guest books a venue, they agree to pay all charges associated with the booking, including the venue rate, applicable taxes, and any service fees.

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateways.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are determined by the individual Hosts and displayed clearly on the venue listing prior to booking. Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable policy.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are processed according to the specific venue's cancellation policy. AupaneStays service fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to provide accurate descriptions, availability, and pricing for their venues. Hosts must honor all confirmed bookings and maintain their venues in a safe, clean, and legal manner conforming to local regulations. AupaneStays reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend a Host account for violations of these terms.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

AupaneStays is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable platform, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of venues listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AupaneStays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform.
